Playa Las Flores
An enchanted and quiet beach, one of the most important surf destinations in El Salvador, located in San Miguel Department, at the East coast of the country, known as El Salvador’s Wild East.
Playa Las Flores is a hidden gem, with perfect waves for those who practice surfing. The beach is flat and it´s waves are ideal for this sport. The incomparable combination for letting adrenaline take over, and dominate the Salvadoran waves. The locals offer an ambiance of the hospitality that characterizes Salvadorans. Las Flores is adjacent to Playa El Cuco, where you can take a walk during low tides, enjoy delicious gastronomy and visit the tourist’s areas.
How to get there?
This beach is in the Chirilagua Municipality, San Miguel Department. To get there from San Salvador, you must take the Littoral highway, going East, at El Delirio detour, take the highway that takes you to Playa El Cuco. Ones there, you must go West, approximately 3 km later you´ll find Playa Las Flores.
