Day 1

Assistance during your arrival at the Tegucigalpa International Airport, and transfer to the hotel. Night tour of the city of Tegucigalpa. Accommodations in Tegucigalpa.

Departure to the Basilica of Suyapa in which we will find the image of Our Lady of Suyapa, patron saint of Honduras. Visit El Cristo de “El Picacho,” a monument on top of the El Picacho hill, in the extreme north of the capital. Return to Tegucigalpa. Accommodations in Tegucigalpa.

Day 3

Departure to Santa Lucia, one of the oldest municipalities in Honduras, where each corner is full of history, culture, and traditions that are still alive. We will take a panoramic tour through this small and beautiful colonial town. Accommodations in Santa Lucia.

Day 4

One of the charms of Santa Lucia is its great natural wealth. Tour of La Tigra National Park, where you will appreciate all the natural wealth. Accommodations in San Lucia.

Day 5

Transfer to the Honduras- Nicaragua border crossing. After complying with migratory requirement, transfer to the colonial city of León. Accommodations in León.

Day 6

After breakfast, we will make a tour of the beautiful city of Leon, where you can visit the Metropolitan Cathedral and different churches of the city, as well as a tour of the Museum of Myths and Legends and the Ortiz Gurdián Foundation. Accommodation in Leon.

Day 7

Early in the morning we will depart for another colonial city of Nicaragua, the beautiful and charming Granada, known as the Great Sultana. Among the sites we will visit are the Church of La Merced, the San Francisco Convent, and the Central Plaza. Accommodations in Granada.

Day 8

On this day, you will have the opportunity to visit the natural attractions of the city of Masaya, including the Masaya Volcano National Park, and the Mirador de Catarina, then visit the city’s Craft Market. Accommodations in Granada.

Day 9

Today we will take a boat trip on the Isletas de Granada, a series of more than 360 islets located on Lake Cocibolca or Lake Nicaragua. Accommodations in Granada.

Day 10

Day off. You can do alternating activities such as Canopy in the Mombacho volcano, or hiking in one of the trails of the volcano. Accommodations in Granada.

Day 11

Depart Granada for Peñas Blancas, the border crossing with Costa Rica. Continue until we reach Monteverde, considered an important ecotourism destination in Costa Rica with an exuberant tropical biodiversity. Accommodations in Monteverde.

Day 12

Today we will take a walk through the Selvatura Hanging Bridges, which are an excellent option to appreciate the beauty of the Monteverde Forest. During the 3-kilometer hike, you will walk over bridges located in the treetops. Accommodations in Monteverde.

Day 13

From Monteverde we will transfer to La Fortuna. Visit to the Arenal volcano, with an elevation of 1,670 meters, considered the youngest volcano in Costa Rica. Accommodations in La Fortuna.

Day 14

Free day to explore the attractions of the area on your own. Accommodations in La Fortuna.

Day 15

Transfer to the Tortuguero National Park, another turtles nesting site in Costa Rica. The stunning Tortuguero National Park lies on the beautiful Caribbean coast in the north-eastern region of the country. Accommodations in Tortuguero.

Day 16

Tour of Tortuguero channels, where you will have the unique opportunity to discover the tropical rainforests, the gallery forests, the trees, reptiles, birds, mammals and amphibians that inhabit this area and much more. Accommodations in Tortuguero.
