The access to and use of this website is free of charge -with the exception of those specific services that may be established with a cost- and requires acceptance of the general conditions of use. This legal information is completed with CATA’s privacy and personal data protection policy.

CATA guarantees the confidentiality of personal data provided by users, and their treatment in accordance with current legislation on protection of personal data: Organic Law 15/1999, December 13, Personal Data Protection (hereinafter OLPD) and Real Decree 1720/2007, of December 21, which approves the Regulations of Development of the OLPD (hereinafter DROLPD). The personal data collected through the website will be incorporated into one or several treatments or files under the responsibility of CATA.

For such purposes, CATA will provide users, prior to the delivery of personal data, information on the content of the treatment in accordance with article 5 of the OLPD, without prejudice to the user’s ability to access the Privacy and Personal Data Protection Policy.
