SAN JOSÉ, COSTA RICA

Meet and greet, and transfer from the International Airport to the hotel of your choice in San José. Rest of the day free to enjoy the facilities and amenities of the hotel.

SAN JOSÉ –  ARENAL VOLCANO

Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to the Arenal Volcano. During the trip, you will be able to appreciate picturesque localities, in addition to variety of agricultural plantations, until arriving at the zone of the volcano.

Breakfast at the hotel. Enjoy the facilities and amenities of the hotel.

If you hired the optional activities package, in the afternoon there will be a hike in the Arenal Volcano National Park, to appreciate vestiges of its last eruption. Afterwards, we will visit Tabacón Resort, the thermal spa resort.

ARENAL VOLCANO – TORTUGUERO

Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to the Tortuguero National Park. On the way, you will observe several traditional localities of the northern Costa Rican area. Next, we will take a boat for a two-hour ride on the channels, until we reach the hotel. After lunch, visit to the town of Tortuguero. Dinner included.

TORTUGUERO

Breakfast at the hotel. In the morning, travel by boat through the canals of Tortuguero, a national park famous for being the habitat of seven species of turtles, and for its great diversity of crustaceans, and numerous species of freshwater fish. After lunch, free time, you can walk and enjoy the surroundings of the hotel. Dinner included.

TORTUGUERO – PUERTO VIEJO

Breakfast at the hotel. We will take a boat again, which will take us to the pier to continue the journey by land to Siquirres, where you will enjoy a delicious lunch. Continue to the colorful Caribbean coast of the country. The contrast of cultures will get your attention, since Puerto Viejo is the birthplace of Costa Rican Rasta culture.

CAHUITA NATIONAL PARK

Breakfast at the hotel. Enjoy the facilities and services of the hotel.

If you hired the optional activities package, in the morning you will visit the Cahuita National Park. First you will take a boat that will take you out to an area of coral reefs where you can snorkel to admire and feel the hidden beauty of marine life. Afterwards, you will take a walk through the natural trails of the park, where you will be able to appreciate a great variety of flora and fauna endemic to the area. The activity of this day concludes with a typical Caribbean lunch, another experience that you must live in Costa Rica.

PUERTO VIEJO DE LIMÓN – BOCAS DEL TORO, PANAMÁ

Breakfast at the hotel. Land transfer to Sixaola, border with Panamá. At this point, the immigration procedures are carried out to continue the journey to the pier, where you will board a speedboat that will transport you to Isla Colón, in the Bocas del Toro archipelago. Visit the Estrella Gigante beach, where you will enjoy a lunch. In the afternoon, tour of the city of Isla Colón.

Breakfast at the hotel. In the morning, visit to the Bay of the Dolphins, and Cayo Coral, mandatory points for all visitors, both for the observation of dolphins in their natural habitat, and to practice surface diving in the crystalline waters of this archipelago.

BOCAS DEL TORO, PANAMÁ – SAN JOSÉ

Breakfast at the hotel. Return to Sixaola, then transfer to Puerto Viejo. At this point, you can get some rest while coordinating the continuation of the route to the capital city.

Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to the International Airport to take the flight back to your country of origin.
